Luke has over 22 years experience in the Insurance Industry, having worked with a major Australian insurer and broking business in various roles including Customer Service, Sales, Underwriting, Management and Broking. Luke has worked with a variety of clients from SME and Corporate businesses through to brokers and managing commercial insurance for large Financial Institutions such as ANZ Bank, Bankwest and ME Bank. Luke has extensive knowledge across a wide range of products including Domestic, Small Business and Large Commercial Products. Luke is passionate about providing clients with a high level of service and ensuring that the client’s insurance requirements meet their expectations.

Having escaped the busy life of Sydney, Luke lives with his wife and two children plus his furry friends, two ginger cats and his Groodle dog. An avid sport lover he is passionate about rugby league and baseball and can be found running the water at his son’s junior rugby league matches on weekends. 

Michael has over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry and prides himself on providing professional advice, sales, and service to regional businesses, both large and small.

As a principal advisor of LHB Insurance Services in Tamworth, Port Macquarie, and Newcastle, Michael's comprehensive experience encompasses underwriting, claims, insurance broking, and business development.

In 2003, Michael worked in London at Aon as an Account Manager, engaging with multinational global accounts, including Toyota and General Motor Worldwide Insurance Programs. Michael then opened a GIO agency on the North Coast in 2008, joining the Insurance House AR network after six years and subsequently moving into a permanent employee role. From 2021, Michael's aspirations, passion for success, and commitment to people have led to business ownership once again. 2025 brings the evolvement of fruitful partnerships and further commitment to the insurance industry.

Kim has 34 years’ experience in the insurance industry and has worked in both local and international brokerages throughout her career. Starting from the ground up at the age of 17, has given her the understanding of all facets of Insurance Broking, from quote, new business, alterations, claims handling and growth. Kim has worked on numerous schemes over the years including The Master Builders, Photographic and Dance/Performance. Kim loves a challenge and loves learning. Moving from Sydney 12 years ago to Port Macquarie has now allowed her to build strengths within a regional area also. Kim is a great communicator and passionate about insurance. She prides herself on efficiency and building client and insurer relationships. On most weekends, at some stage you will find her cruising the Hastings Water Ways with family and friends, recharging her batteries ready to assist you with all your insurance requirements.

Patricia is a valued Insurance Broker and Account Manager. She has joined the team with past experience as a negotiated products underwriter at QBE Insurance. With 18 years experience within the insurance industry Patricia has worked with a number of major Australian and International insurers such as QBE, Allianz, Wesfarmers & Aviva UK. Patricia is responsible for managing current accounts, new placements, commercial and domestic insurance renewals and claims handling.

​Patricia made the move to the Mid-North Coast from Sydney with her young family. She is excited about the change and loves exploring the vast scenery offered at her doorstep.

Ella began her insurance career in 2020 and has built her expertise exclusively in the industry ever since. With five years of hands-on experience, she has developed a strong understanding of a wide range of products—spanning from domestic home and contents to complex commercial lines.

Known for her approachable and client-focused style, Ella genuinely enjoys building relationships and getting to know the people and businesses she works with. She takes pride in delivering tailored insurance solutions that reflect each client's unique needs and industry.

Outside of work, Ella enjoys staying active with CrossFit and spending time by the beach—always keeping a healthy balance between work and life. Her energy and drive extend into everything she does, making her a valuable part of the team and a trusted advisor to her clients.

Kirsten's journey in the insurance industry began 23 years ago, in 2002. Her dedication is evident in the diverse roles she has undertaken, including Claims, Policy Services, and Return-to-Work Coordination, during her first 18 years in Workers' Compensation. Kirsten has gained a wealth of experience from all perspectives within the Workers' Compensation industry, including those of the insurer, employer, and broker.

Kirsten's readiness for new challenges led her to pursue a career in General Insurance, and she obtained her Broking qualifications in 2020. Her adaptability and commitment make her a valuable asset to the LHB team, where she excels in building strong relationships with all stakeholders.

On weekends, you will find Kirsten competing in one of the numerous dog sports she is involved in, training other people's dogs or competing in long-distance running events, never sitting still.
