Lucy is a qualified practicing insurance broker with a demonstrated history of working in the insurance industry for over 30 years.  Prior to becoming an Authorised Representative, Lucy was Branch Manager of Aon Tamworth, developing a high performing sales team and spending the last year as a Board member on the Aon Charitable Foundation. Lucy is passionate about people and business development with strong sales experience, equipped with knowledge and skills to negotiate and find insurance solutions for individuals, businesses and large enterprises. She continues to be committed to demystifying the insurance process for customers and working closely with those in need of professional advice.

 

Lucy’s passion for the insurance industry has influenced her decision to manage her own regional broking business and develop a team of brokers into the next generation committed to providing a caring, professional service.  Lucy holds her Diploma of Financial Services (Broking).

Jacki has had extensive experience in broking, underwriting and claims management roles within the insurance industry for over 38 years. Jacki’s experience within the industry allows her to assist with quality insurance placements for all types of small to medium businesses, delivering key products and solutions.

Jacki takes pride in her personal development and education and her high levels of attention to detail and professionalism do not go unnoticed. She is a customer service superstar, a key contact for all clients, displaying her strength as a team player. Her significant knowledge and understanding of the industry allows Jacki to support the business to navigate the regulatory landscape ensuring procedures are in place within LHB and we continue to deliver superior levels of service and advice to our customers. Jacki holds her Diploma of Financial Services (Broking).

Natalie Levy is an accomplished Account Broker with extensive experience in the insurance industry, moving from Sydney to Tamworth in 2021.

 

Natalie exudes enthusiasm and confidence. She has gained a wealth of knowledge from working for both international and local brokerages. When you work with Natalie, you can rest easy knowing you'll receive top-notch service from a dedicated insurance professional.

Kristy Green brings over 10 years’ experience in the insurance industry and is a trusted broker specialising in rural, agricultural and small business insurance.

Beginning her career in administration, Kristy has built a strong foundation of industry knowledge and practical expertise. She has worked with both global and regional brokerages, supporting agribusinesses and small business owners with tailored, strategic insurance advice that reflects the realities of operating in regional Australia.

Kristy is known for her client-first approach and strong relationship-building skills. She takes pride in delivering reliable service and applies a high level of attention to detail to every placement and renewal when reviewing insurance options for our clients. 

 

Her sound product and insurer knowledge ensures clients receive clear, considered advice without adding unnecessary complexity.

Michael has over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry and prides himself on providing professional advice, sales, and service to regional businesses, both large and small.

As a principal advisor of LHB Insurance Services in Tamworth, Port Macquarie, and Newcastle, Michael's comprehensive experience encompasses underwriting, claims, insurance broking, and business development.

 

In 2003, Michael worked in London at Aon as an Account Manager, engaging with multinational global accounts, including Toyota and General Motor Worldwide Insurance Programs. Michael then opened a GIO agency on the North Coast in 2008, joining the Insurance House AR network after six years and subsequently moving into a permanent employee role. From 2021, Michael's aspirations, passion for success, and commitment to people have led to business ownership once again. 2025 brings the evolvement of fruitful partnerships and further commitment to the insurance industry.

Michael is dedicated to developing a professional team of insurance specialists to deliver their best and working alongside business owners to educate them about potential risks & provide the best options to protect what they have worked so hard to create.

Michael's downtime is spent motorbike riding and soaking up life on the coast with his family.​
